Provisional Merit list of candidates for admission to Post MBBS DNB/Post Diploma DNB/Post MBBS Diploma DNB courses-2022 and counseling schedule,

Reference :

i) Letter No. SMS/NHM/J&K/DNB/11544-48 dated 21-09-2022 from Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K.

ii) Notification No.071-BOPEE of 2022 dated 22-10-2022.

NOTIFICATION No : 075-BOPEE of 2022

In pursuance of Notification No.071-BOPEE of 2022 dated 22-10-2022, the Board invited offline applications from eligible candidates for admission to Post MBBS DNB/Post Diploma DNB/Post MBBS Diploma Courses, 2022. The Board after receipt of applications and completion of verification process of the said forms prepared Provisional Merit Lists (PML) of candidates which are annexed as Annexure “A” & “8” to this notification (Annexure-“A” for both courses Post MBBS DNB/ Post MBBS Diploma & Annexure for Post Diploma DNB courses).

The provisional merit list has been prepared as per SRO 48 dated 30-01-2018 by giving weightage to candidates for serving in difficult areas and also the tie between candidates having same NEET scores has been resolved by considering their NEET Rank. Any candidate(s) who have any objection regarding his/her position in provisional merit list shall submit their representations physically at BOPEE office Jammu / Srinagar before 11-11-2022.

It is hereby notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the Board shall conduct physical round of counseling of eligible candidates for admission to these Courses.

Note :

(i) The candidates participating in the physical round of counseling shall have to report physically at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar on 11-11-2022 from 09:00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. for registration.

(ii) The Board shall call all the Reserved Category Candidates first on the day of counseling and if no reserved Category Candidates are available on that day, then these seats shall be converted into OM category on same day as per Section 9(a) of J&K Reservation Act 2004 and shall be filled up accordingly on the basis of their merit cum preferences.

(iii) Seat Matrix of all the courses shall be uploaded on the BOPEE website on or before start of counseling.

(iv) Mere figuring in the Provisional Merit List do not confirm any right on the candidates for allotment of seats and shall be subject to final eligibility as decided by the Board.

(v) The candidates whose domicile or NOC certificates are shown as pending in the PML are advised to submit the same by or before the counseling.

(vi) The other term and conditions shall remain the same as notified vide notification No. 071-BOPEE of 2022 dated 22-10-2022.

(vii) The Annexure “A” & “r to this notification shall be available on website of BOPEE www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
