J&K, BOTE Srinagar Notice For Examination Form Of Mercy Chance Students Only
It is for the information of all the concerned students who have applied for mercy chance to fill up online examination forms of 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th semester which are available on www.jksbotelive.com with effect from 29th of May, 2025 to 10th of June, 2025 for the examination session May-June, 2025. In case of any difficulty/problem in filling up of online examination form students may contact Dy. Registrar BOTE Jammu/Srinagar or raise a helpdesk ticket on https://help.jksbotelive.com with the subject line mentioning examination form issue and give complete details.
> The students shall be required to fill up the examination forms online by logging into their accounts already created
> Students who are unable to access their accounts or want to change their registered Ph. Number can create new account using previous session details/semester Roll No. and new Ph. Number.
> The students can pay fee through only online payment methods(Internet Banking/Credit/Debit Card)
> The Principals are requested to provide the assistance wherever required to the students for filling online examination forms.
> There is no need to submit any hard copy of the examination form in the Board, however the students are advised to retain the Hard copy of the same for their record.
> The examination forms shall be verified online by the concerned HOD and finalized by the Principal of concerned Institution by or before 12th of June, 2025.
> The Examination fee structure is as under:
a) For one subject Rs. 200/- only
b) For two subjects Rs. 400/- only
c) For more than two subjects Rs. 1000/-
