Issuance of UT level tentative seniority list of Handloom Training Officers (HTO’s) of Handloom Department, J&K. Ref. Nos. DHHK/Estt/ll/175 dated 31.08.2023 received from Director, Handicrafts & Handloom, Kashmir. DH&HJ/Estt/Seniority -HTO-HL/4553 dated 13.10.2023 received from Director, Handicrafts & Handloom, Jammu.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Director, Handicrafts & Handloom, Kashmir vide letter No. DHHK/Estt/11/175 dated 31.08.2023 has intimated that Handloom Training Officers of Kashmir Division have approached to his office for their inclusion in combined seniority list at UT level. Whereas, Director has requested this department to issue Seniority list of Handloom Training Officers working in Kashmir Division at UT Level;

Whereas, after examining the proposal furnished by the Director, H&H Kashmir, vide this Department’s letter dated 18.09.2023, a copy of letter No. DHHK/Estt/I1/175 dated 31.08.2023 received from Director, H&H Kashmir was forwarded to Director, H&H, Jammu with the request to furnish the service particulars of all Handloom Training Officers of Jammu Division;

Whereas, the Director, Handicrafts & Handloom, Jammu vide letter No. DH&HJ/Estt/SENIORITY-HTO-HL/4553 dated 13.10.2023 has furnished the service particulars of Handloom Training Officers of Jammu Division;

Whereas, after receiving/examining the service particulars from Director Handicrafts & Handloom Kashmir/Jammu, a common seniority list is required to be issued at UT level by combining these two Divisional Level Handloom Training Officers; and Now, therefore, a tentative seniority list in respect of Handloom Training Officers (HTO’s) of Handloom Department, J&K (J&K UT Cadre) as it stood on 01-01-2024, is hereby notified as annexure “A” of this notification for inviting objections, if any, from the concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

No objections shall be entertained after the expiry of aforesaid period. The Date of Birth mentioned in the notification shall not be taken as authenticated and shall be subjected to further verification of Service Book/ record and Date of Birth certificate.
