J&K Govt. Jal Shakti Department Notification Regarding Tentative seniority list of Superintending Engineers

Tentative seniority list of Superintending Engineers Jal Shakti Department as it stood on 01.01.2022. Circular No. 06- JK( JSD) of 2022 Dated:- 29.11.2022 Whereas, vide Government Order No.176-JK (JSD) of 2021 dated 01.09.2021. final seniority list of Superintending Engineer (Civil) Jal Shakti Department as it stood on 01.01.2021 was issued; and

Whereas. on the recommendations of DPC/J&K Public Service Commission vide Govt. (Order No. 194-11C(1SD) of 2022 dated 11.09.2022. 70 (Seventy) Executive Engineers have bee/promoted as Superintending Engineers from serious retrospective dates: and

Whereas. the DPC/J&K Public Service Commission has also defened/withheld regularization of some Executive Engineers as Superintending Engineers for want of vigilance clearance. pending department enquiry etc: and

Whereas, the seniority of such officers whose regularization as Superintending Engineers has been deferred by the DPC/PSC for want of vigilance clearance. pending departmental enquiry or any other reasons. their seniority shall be fixed at appropriate places, after their regularization as Superintending Engineers arc cleared by the DPC/PSC; and

Whereas. in order to make regularization/promotion of Superintending Engineers Chief Engineers, it is imperative to frame the seniority list of Superintending Engineers as it stood on 01.01.2022.

Now. therefore. tentative seniority list of (retired/in-service) Superintending Engineers ( Civil). Jai Shakti Department as it stood on 01.01.2022. has been framed as per A to this Circular.

Members of the services are accordingly. directed to the file their objections(s), if any. in respect of assigned position in the seniority list to which they belong or their date(s) of birth thereof in the Administrative Department in this regards within a period of 15 days, from the date of issuance of this circular. However no objection(s) shall be entertained after expiry of stipulated time period.

The date(s) of birth recorded in the tentative seniority list shall not be taken as authenticate and shall be subject to the further verification from the Service Book/Matriculation certificate of the concerned Officer(s).
