Cancellation of selection process for the post of Translator, Levei-6E (35900-113500) Advertised vide High Court Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2024/RR/RC dated 09.05.2024 and Corrigendum issued thereto dated 29.07.2024.
As recommended by the Hon’ble Committee for Appointment and Promotion of Officials/Officers of the High Court Staff duly approved by Hon’ble the Chief Justice, it is hereby notified for the information of all the candidates who had appeared in the Online CBT and Written Examination for the post of Translator, Levei-6E, held on 14.10.2024, that the selection process for the post of Translator in Pay Levei-6E, advertised pursuant to Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2024/RR/RC dated 09.05.2024 and Corrigendum issued thereto dated 29.07.2024, stands cancelled ab-initio, due to poor performance of all the candidates
in Translation of Paragraphs from Urdu to English and vice-versa, which is the basic job to be performed by a Translator in the High Court of J&K and Ladakh as mentioned in Clause (b) and Clause (c) of the selection criteria, notified in terms of High Court Order No. 1435 of 2023/RG/NG156(1) dated 08.12.2023
