JK High Court List of candidates with Document Deficiency for the post of System Assistant
List of candidates with Document Deficiency who have applied for the post of System Assistant, Adv. vide Notification No 06 of 2024/Psy dated 28.08.2024.
Whereas, pursuant to the Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2024 dated 28.08.2024, online applications were invited for the post of System Assistant in Jammu Division of UT of J&K, with the following prescribed qualifications.
a) BCA with 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/lnstitution with at least one year’s working experience in
a reputed organization/Institution.
Or
b) B.Sc. with one year’s Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science Applications with 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized
University/lnstitution with at least one year’s working experience in a reputed organization/Institution.
Or
c) Diploma holders from Polytechnic in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunications with
60% marks in aggregate from a recognized institution with at least two years working experience in a reputed Organization Institution
Whereas, the online CST for the post of System Assistant was conducted at Jammu on 02.12.2024;
And whereas, for the purpose of shortlisting the candidate for interview, the uploaded Documents/Certificates were scrutinized and upon scrutiny, it came to the notice that some candidates have not submitted the requisite Certificate/Documents in support of their Academic Qualifications & Work experience as notified for the post.
In light of the above, candidates whose Roll Numbers are mentioned in the Annexure-A to this notice, shall be given one opportunity to submit the required certificates/documents as given against each, by or before 13.03.2025, from the date of issuance/publication of this notice, by sending the required documents on email (cj.sec.highcourt@gmail.com ) or in person in the Office of Principal Secretary to Hon’ble the Chief Justice, High court of J&K and ladakh at Jammu. In Case, any of the candidates fail to submit the deficient document within the stipulated time, then his/her candidature shall be treated as cancelled without any further notice. Further, if any of the candidates is found to be claiming the eligibility by using any false document/certificate or any
material facts, his/her candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the selection process.
