Corrigendum Notification

Whereas, Advertisement notification No. 06 of 2024/Psy Dated 28.08.2024 was issued for the selection to the posts of Jr. Assistants, Steno-Typists, System Officer and System Assistants.

Whereas, the above said notification also displayed the Prescribed Qualification against all category of posts including the post of System Officer.

Whereas, against the post of System Officer, options (a) and (b) under prescribed qualification column were provided for the Intending applicants. However, the experience part at the end of option (b)· had inadvertently been omitted.

Therefore, this Corrigendum Notification is issued to the following effect:

i) It be read “with at least five years’ experience In the grade of System Assistant” at the end of option (b) under prescribed qualification column against the post of System Officer.

ii) Applicants who have already applied for the post of System Officer and have not uploaded the requisite experience certificate as per above are given opportunity to upload the same for which link will be opened to them w.e.f. 25.10.2024 to 08.11.2024. It is, however, made clear that any candidate who fails to upload the above mentioned experience certificate within the stipulated period, their application forms will be rejected but their application fee will be refunded.

iii) Any other person who intends to apply afresh for the post of System Officer as per ·the Advertisement Notification No. 06/Psy of 2024 read with this corrigendum can do so w.e.f. 25.10.2024 to 08.11.2024.
