Documents to carry for Document Verification:

1. Application Form (printout).
2. Two recent passport-size colour photos.
3. One original Photo ID Proof – Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card / Passport (any one).

4. Date of Birth Proof – 10th Class Diploma and Marks Card.
5. Category Certificate – (if you belong to any reserved category).
6. Domicile Certificate.

7. Educational / Qualification Certificates – as mentioned in the advertisement.
8. Bonafide Certificate – for candidates who studied outside J&K.
9. Equivalence Certificate – if your qualification is from a different board/university.

10. Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Certificate – if applicable.
11. SPO Certificate – for SPO candidates (minimum 3 years service).
12. VHG Certificate – for VHG candidates (minimum 3 years service).

13. Checklist Sheet / Annexure “B” – filled and signed.
14. Printout of preference form (filled online for the concerned posts).
