Applications are invited from the Permanent Resident Students of 1&K who fulfill the following eligibility Criteria for award of J&K State Science Technology & Innovation Council (ST&IC) Scholarships-2018

Application forms on the Prescribed format 2018 duly filled in by the candidate along with following supporting documents, must reach Joint Director (M 1&1( Science Technology & Innovation Council SDA Colony Bernina Srinagar 190018(in respect of Students of Kashmir Province Including Ladakh) Or Assistant Director 5 B/C Gandhi Nagar Jammu, Fin 190008 (In respect of the Students of Jammu Province) so as to reach on or before 30th of September -2018.

Enrollment Certificate on the prescribe I fonnat duly filled and s4ned by the Principal of theSchool/ College/ Head of the University Deportment

Self attested Copies of MarksCertificated’ last Examination Passed & State Subject Certificate &

Photo ropy of 16 Digit Bank Account Statement of the student or Clearly Visible First Page of the Electronic Pass book

Applications Incomplete in any respect shall not be considered.
