JK Transfers and Postings

The following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:

Mr. Joginder Singh Rai, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Special Secretary with Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister.

Mr. Abdul Khabir, JKAS, Special Assistant with Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department.
