JKBOPEE Admission Notice to MD/MS Ayurveda Courses – 2024

Conduct of special round of Counselling (physical) for admission to MD/MS Ayurveda – 2024 in Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR), Jammu.

Consequent upon the conclusion of all the rounds of counselling for admission to MD/MS Ayurveda-2024 in Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR), Jammu, one seat of MD Ayurveda in Shalya Tantra under open merit is vacant. In order to fill up the said seat it is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned candidates of UT of J&K and the non-domicile candidates that the Board shall conduct the special round of physical counselling for admission to MD/MS Ayurveda – 2024 in Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR), Jammu on 19-12-2024 (Thursday).

The following procedure shall be adopted on the day of counselling:

1. The eligible and willing candidates shall have to report at the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar for Registration/Attendance and fulfillment of other formalities, from 09:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on the day/date of counselling.

2. The candidate who got seat in any previous rounds of counselling shall not be eligible to participate in this round of counselling.

3. The candidate who had not got any seat or opted CNA/SNA in the previous rounds of counselling shall be eligible to participate in this round of counselling.

4. The candidates participating 1st time shall have to pay the counselling fee of Rs 2000/- through POS machine available at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar using their Debit/Credit Card.

5. The Board shall first conduct counselling of the candidates belonging to UT of J&K and thereafter if the above referred seat still remained vacant, the same shall be filled from the non-domicile candidates as per merit and eligibility criteria. The non-domicile candidates can mail their applications along with the resident certificate, DOB certificate, 10+2 certificate, NEET score card and reserve category certificate, if any to [email protected] up to 18-12-2024.

6. The Seat Matrix shall be uploaded on the website of the Board one day prior to the day of Counselling.

The other Terms and Conditions shall, however, remain the same as contained in the e-Information Brochure, Notifications and Notices issued by the Board from time to time in this regard.
