JKBOPEE Admission Notification

Admission to the (12th Based) Para-Medical Diploma & other Diploma (excluding GNM Lateral Entry) Courses, 2023 in the Government/Private Colleges/ Institutions of the UTs of J&K/Ladakh—Uploading of Qualifying Examination (12th) Marks card thereof.

Applications were invited by the Board for admission to the (12th Based) Para-Medical Diploma & other Diploma
(excluding GNM Lateral Entry) Courses, 2023 vide Notification No. 024-BOPEE of 2023 dated 26-04-2023, read with Notice No. 009-BOPEE of 2023 dated 26-05-2023. Subsequently vide Notice No. 014-BOPEE of 2023 dated 20-06-2023, it was notified that the Counselling for the (12th Based) Para-Medical Diploma & other Diploma (excluding GNM Lateral Entry)Courses-2023, shall now be held on the basis of the Merit secured by the applicants in the Qualifying Examination i.e. 10+2 Examination.

It is, therefore, enjoined upon all the applicants whose results were awaited and who have not uploaded their
Qualifying Examination Marks Cards during the submission of their Online Applications, to kindly ensure the uploading of the same and enter their subject-wise marks i.e Physics, Chemistry , Biology & Mathematics, wherever required, in the
respective columns in their Online Applications available on website of the Board for editing w.e.f 29-06-2023 to 05-07- 2023 (midnight).

Note :

1. No fresh application form shall be accepted.

2. No Marks Card shall be accepted by the Board physically or through any e-mail(s) from these candidates.

3. Any candidate who fails to edit his/her application form and does not upload marks card by or before the last date i.e 05-07-2023 (mid night) fixed by Board, his/her candidature shall be automatically cancelled and shall not be considered to participate in Counselling process / admission in any case.

4. Candidates are warned not to attempt to make any changes in their already submitted online application forms. If any candidate(s) is found to do so, he/she shall be debarred from counselling/admission process.

Instruction for Entering/uploading of 10+2 Marks card :

* Click on the link “PARAMEDICAL DIPLOMA/GNM/ANM/MRT COURSES (12TH BASE)” option available on the Home page under heading “Online Applications”.

* Enter Application ID, DOB and captcha code

* After submitting above details an OTP will be sent on registered mobile no./email address in the online application form.

* Submit OTP received on mobile/email and click on “verify”, then click on “Edit form” option and enter 10+2 marks details.

* After submitting marks details click on “upload document tab” and upload 12th class marks card and take a printout
of application form for record.

The other Terms & Conditions, notified by the Board through various Notifications/ Notices/information brochure from time to time shall however, remain the same as on the subject.
