JKBOPEE Admission Notification 2023

Admission to MD /MS AYURVEDA Courses -2023 in JIAR: Online Registration / Submission of preferences thereof.

Reference :-

i) Directives for Counselling Authorities (Central/State/UT) issued by National Commission for Indian System of Medicine &
National Commission for Homeopathy, New Delhi.

ii) Letter No. BUSS/Admission Counsel (PG) 2023-24 dated:19-09- 2023 from Ministry of AYUSH

iii) Letter No: JIAR/2023/972 dated: 07-10-2023.

iv) Letter No.ME-Gztd/193/2021-02 dated 06-01-2023 issued by Health& Medical Education Department Civil sect, J&K.

Consequent upon declaration of AIAPGET 2023 result by National Testing Agency (NTA) on 18-08-2023, it is hereby notified for information of all those candidates who have qualified the said entrance examination and fall within the cut off score fixed by the NTA and intend to participate in the counselling process for admission to MD/MS Ayurveda 2023 seats in Jammu Institute of Ayurveda & Research (JIAR) including the seats available under All India Quota (AIQ) that they shall: –

1. Register themselves online on the official website of BOPEE w.e.f 24-10-2023 to 31.10.2023.

2. Submit their preference of the course through online mode at the time of registration.

3. Upload all documents as mentioned below on official website of BOPEE (www.jkbopee.gov.in) for verification purposes.

Note : I

i. The candidate shall have to submit their application forms along with the preference of the courses through online
mode on BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in w.e.f. 24th October, 2023 to 31st of October, 2023.

ii. The candidates have to deposit the Counselling fee of Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) through online mode without which they will not be considered for allotment of a seat notwithstanding the eligibility of such candidate (s)

iii. The seats shall be allotted to the candidates on the basis of merit cum preferences filled by the candidates in the
online form.

iv. All Management Quota seats including All India Quota seats shall be filled up by the BOPEE in terms of Government Order No. 634-HME of 2019 dated 04.07.2019 issued by the Health & Medical Education Department, J&K.

v. The registration shall be provisional and shall not confer any right on the candidates to claim for a seat.

vi. Any wrong information filled in by the candidate(s) in Application Form shall render him/her ineligible for admission.

Note II :

(i) The seats under All India Quota (AIQ) in Private Colleges shall have to be filled by State/UT Counselling Authority i.e. J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations as per counselling guidelines for admissions & counselling issued by All India Ayush Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) referred above. For these seats, no domicile certificate is required i.e. candidate from outside UT of J&K can also apply under All India Quota seats mentioned in above table subject to the eligibility as mentioned above.

(ii) The seats under All India Quota (AIQ), if any, remaining unfilled, due to non-availability of candidate(s) from outside UT of J&K, the Board shall fill up such seats and allot to willing candidates belonging to UT of J&K.

(iii) Regarding admission Fee, the willing candidates are advised to contact the concerned College before participation in Online Counselling process.
