JKBOPEE Important Notification

Registration of candidates for 3rd/Mop-up Round of counseling following issuance of Revised cut off scores of NEET- MDS 2023 after
lowering of qualifying percentiles: submission of documents physically thereof.

It is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned candidates that the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, (Dental Education), Government of India vide letter No. V. 12025/14/2023-DE dated 21.09.2023 followed by Notice dated 22.09.2023
of NBE, has lowered the minimum qualifying percentiles for NEET MDS-2023 as follows :

The candidates who fall within the ambit of said revised cut off score and are willing to participate in the 3rd/Mop-up round of counseling against the seats which have remained unfilled during 2nd round of counseling as mentioned in the Notification No. 087-BOPEE of 2023 dated 25-09- 2023 are advised to register themselves and submit all the requisite documents as mentioned in
Notification No. 038-BOPEE of 2023 dated 12-07-2023 physically at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar within 03 days of uploading of this Notice on the official website of the Board and any eligible candidate, who has not registered himself/herself earlier and does not figure in the UT Merit list of 2023 notified vide Notification No. 052-BOPEE of 2023 dated 07-08-2023 but wants to be considered against the unfilled seat(s) during 2nd round of counseling may also submit their documents physically at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar for registration within the prescribed time schedule as mentioned above.

Note :

1. Mere registration of candidates does not confer any right on any candidate(s) to have a claim on any vacant seat(s) which as of now are to be filled up on the basis of the merit/preference from the eligible/registered candidates.

2. The candidates should go through all relevant Notifications/Notices along with the e-Brochure notified by the Board with particular reference to the mop-up round of counseling.

3. The Seat Matrix shall be uploaded a day before start of counseling

4. The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as contained in the e-Information Brochure, Notifications/ Notices issued by the Board from time to time in this regards.
