JKBOPEE Important Notification Regarding Admission to BAMS/BUMS Courses 2023

Conduct of 2nd Round of Upgradation/Allotment counselling (physical) for admission to BAMS/BUMS Courses 2023 in Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K.

Reference :

i) Notification No. 076-BOPEE of 2023 dated 20.09.2023.

ii) Notification No. 082-BOPEE of 2023 dated 20.09.2023.

v) Notification No. 094-BOPEE of 2023 dated 13.10.2023

Pursuant to Notification No. 082-BOPEE of 2023 dated 20.09.2023 the online counselling for filling up of seats of Ayush courses -2023 was conducted by the Board. The provisional selection list of candidates was notified vide Notification No. 094-BOPEE of 2023 dated 13.10.2023 and the candidates were advised to report to the respective Colleges/Institutions upto 18.10.2023. Consequent upon the shortfall received from the Government/Private Colleges/Institutions running AYUSH Courses (BAMS/BUMS) -2023 and the seats that have remained vacant after the conclusion of the 1st Round of Online Counselling, it is hereby notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the Board shall conduct the 2nd Round of Upgradation/Allotment counselling (Physical) for
admission to these courses in Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K on 30th and 31st of October 2023 at BOPEE office Srinagar/Jammu simultaneously as per the following schedule :

Note :

1. The eligible and willing candidates shall have to report at the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar for Registration/Attendance and fulfillment of other formalities, from 08:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the day/date of counseling.

2. It is enjoined upon all the eligible candidates that they shall attend counseling only after checking the Seat Matrix which is attached to this notification.

3. The candidate(s), if any, who miss his/her counseling of the above day/date/time of the counseling, he/she shall be allowed to participate in the counselling subject to the condition that he/she shall not claim for the seat which otherwise was available on his/her actual turn of counselling.

4. The candidates who have been allotted seat/college during online round of counselling but failed to join against the said seat/college, he/she shall not be eligible to participate in the 2nd round of counselling under any circumstances.

5. Those candidates who have remained absent or got CNA/SNA during first round of Counselling are also eligible to participate in this round of Counseling.

6. Those candidate(s) who have been allotted seat(s) during the First Round of Counseling and have joined against the said seat/College, if interested for upgradation are also eligible to participate in the 2nd Round of Physical Counseling with the condition that they shall have to produce their fee deposition receipt of the concerned allotted College at the time of their admission in
that College.
