JKBOPEE Notification Regarding B.Pharmacy Course-2023

Conduct of 2nd Round (Upgradation/ Allotment) counselling (Physical) for admission to B.Pharmacy Course-2023 in various Government/Private Colleges of UT of J&K including Lateral Entry vacant seats.

Pursuant to Notification No. 061-BOPEE of 2023 dated 13.08.2023, the Provisional Selection List of the candidates for admission to B. Pharmacy course 2023 was issued. The Board has received shortfall from various Colleges/Institutions against the above mentioned
Notification. It is hereby notified that the board shall conduct 2nd round of counseling (physical) on 02-11-2023 simultaneously at BOPEE office Jammu/ Srinagar simultaneously. It is further notified that the Board has decided to reduce the benchmark from 20 to 10 marks for 2nd upgradation/allotment round of counseling.

Therefore, all the eligible candidates who have secured upto 10 marks in the Common Entrance Test conducted by the Board on 23.07.2023 are advised to attend the counseling at BOPEE office Jammu/ Srinagar as per the following schedule:-

It is further notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the upgradation/allotment of seats during the 2nd Round of Counseling shall be strictly on the basis of merit cum preferences filled up by the candidates on the day of counseling in their preference forms.

Note -I :
The following procedure shall be followed during the conduct of 2nd Upgradation/Allotment round of counseling (physical).

1. The eligible and willing candidates shall have to report at the BOPEE offices Jammu / Srinagar for Registration/Attendance & fulfillment of other formalities, from 08.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. on the day/date of counseling.

2. All the participating candidates are advised to bring along the following documents in original for submission at the time of counseling: –

i) Domicile Certificate
ii) 12th class marks card.
iii) D.O.B Certificate issued by Board
iv) Category certificate, wherever applicable.
v) D. Pharma certificate (for Lateral Entry Candidates only)

3. It is enjoined upon all the eligible candidates that they shall visit/ attend counseling only after checking the Seat Matrix to be made available on the official website of the Board one day before the date of counselling.

4. Those candidates who have remained absent or got CAN/SNA during first round of Counselling are eligible to participate in this round of Counseling.

5. The candidates participating for the first time in the Counseling process are advised to deposit an amount of Rs.1000/ as a counseling fee on the day of Counselling through POS machines available at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar through Debit/Credit
card.
