Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to Post Basic in various Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K after conduct of 1st round of physical counselling.

Pursuant to Notification No. 057-BOPEE of 2024 dated 25.07.2024, the Board has conducted 1nd Round of Counselling (Physical) on 01-08-2024 and 02-08-2024 for filling up of seats of Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course-2024 simultaneously at BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar. The list of candidates provisionally selected for allotment of seat(s)/Stream/Institution as per their merit cum preferences is given at Annexure “A” to this Notification, which shall remain available on BOPEE official website www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The Provisionally Selected candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted Colleges/Institutions for completion of admission formalities upto 10th of August, 2024 till 04.00 p.m along with the following documents in original:

a) All Marks Certificates of the GNM Course;

b) Marks Card of 12th Class;

c) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K

d) Registration Certificate issued by J&K Paramedical Council;

e) Any other document as may be required by the Institution.

It shall be the sole responsibility of the concerned College/Institution to ensure proper check and verification of documents/eligibility as per the guidelines of INC/J&K Paramedical Council before the candidate is allowed for admission and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite documents/eligibility the same shall be reported to the Board for further course of action under rules.

It is hereby implored upon the management of all the concerned Colleges/ Institutions to ensure the veracity of all the documents.

In order to complete the admission process within the prescribed cut-off date (10.08.2024), the concerned Colleges/Institutions shall keep their admission counters open even on holidays/off days to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time. However, the candidates in their own interest shall avoid waiting for last day to complete admission formalities since delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.

The Heads of the concerned Colleges/Institutions are advised to furnish the short fall, if any, to the Board through e-mail [email protected]/ [email protected] / [email protected] on 10.08.2024 upto 05.00 p.m.

Note:

I. The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/fabricated, and action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against such candidates.

II. For fee/documents required in the College/Institution, the provisionally selected candidates are advised to contact concerned College / Institution before the last date of admission i.e. 10.08.2024.

III. The Principals of the concerned Colleges / Institutions are advised to download the copy of this Notification from the website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in for reference and record.

IV. The candidates who have been allotted seats as per their merit cum preferences during this round of counselling are hereby urged that they shall have to join in their respective allotted colleges necessarily, otherwise he/she shall not be eligible to participate in the subsequent round of counselling for upgradation, if any, as and when conducted by the Board.

The other terms and condition shall remain the same as notified in the e-Information Brochure/Notifications & Notices issued by the Board in this regard from time to time.
