JKBOPEE Provisional Selection List of M.Sc. Technology Courses

Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to M.Sc. Technology Courses 2023 in SKIMS, Soura Srinagar after conduct of First Round of Counselling.

Reference : Notification No. 001-BOPEE of 2024, dated 02.01.2024

Pursuant to Notification No.001-BOPEE of 2024 dated.02.01.2024, the Board conducted First round of counselling for admission to M.Sc. Technology Courses 2023 in SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar on 05.01.2024 at BOPEE offices Srinagar/Jammu simultaneously.

The list of candidates who have participated in the said counselling and have been provisionally selected for admission in their respective M.Sc. Technology courses 2023 in SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar is hereby notified as per AnnexureA to this notification which shall remain available on website of Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The provisionally selected candidates are advised to report in SKIMS Soura, Srinagar upto 13.01.2024 till 04.00 p.m. along with the following documents in original:

1. Domicile Certificate of J&K.

2. Marks card of the qualifying examination (course) required by the candidate(s) to be eligible for these courses.

3. B.Sc. Degree Certificate.

4. Date of birth (10th class marks card/Diploma issued by the Board).

5. Experience/work Certificate wherever required.

6. Valid Reserved Category Certificate, if any and;

7. Any other document/Certificate as may be required by the Admission Authorities of the Institute.

Note :

1. The admission to the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/fabricated and action as warranted under Law shall be initiated against such candidate(s).

2. It is hereby implored upon the admission Authorities of the SKIMS to ensure the veracity of documents/eligibility of the provisionally selected candidates including, the Category Certificates of the candidates selected under Reserved category before allowing them for admission.

3. The Head of the Institution is requested to get downloaded the copy of this notification along with its Annexure-A from the official website of the Board viz.www.jkbopee.gov.in for reference and record. testing

4. The Head of the Institution is requested to furnish the short-fall, if any, to the Board through e-mail: [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected] on 13.01.2024 till 05.00 p.m. positively.

5. The seats which shall remain unfilled during this round of counselling along with the seats, if any, received as short fall shall be filled during subsequent Rounds of Counselling, if any, conducted by the Board.

The other terms and conditions shall, however, remain the same as notified by the Board in various notifications/ notices issued from time to time in this regard.
