Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to the 10th Based (FMPHW/MMPHW) Paramedical Diploma Courses-2024 after conduct of 1st Round of (Physical) Counselling.

In pursuance of Notification No. 131-BOPEE of 2024 dated 09-10-2024, the Board has conducted the first round of physical counseling w.e.f. 16-10-2024 to 17-10-2024 simultaneously at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar for admission to 10th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses -2024 in various Govt./Pvt. Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K and Ladakh. The list of candidates provisionally selected for allotment of seat(s) / Institution as per their merit cum preferences is annexed as Annexure-A to this Notification which shall remain available on official website of BOPEE viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The candidates provisionally selected shall report for admission to the allotted Colleges / Institutions by or before 23rd of October 2024 (up to 03.00 P.M) along with their relevant certificates in original. The concerned Heads of the Institutions shall complete the admission process after checking the eligibility of candidates and verifying the following documents:

i) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate);

ii) 10th Marks Card;

iii) Valid Category Certificate, if any;

iv) Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate and

v) Any other certificate required by the College in accordance with the rules.

Note:

1. All the Heads of the Institutions/Colleges are requested to keep their admission counters open on holidays/off days to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time.

2. The candidate(s) who would conceal any information at the time of admission, the candidature of such candidates shall be cancelled abinitio and fine/penalty shall be imposed upon him/her as may be deemed proper by the Board in accordance with the laid down rules.

3. The allotment of seats have been made in accordance to the provisions of S.O. 176 of 2024 dated 15-03-2024 read with S.O 305 dated 21-05-2024 issued by Social Welfare Department, UT of J&K.

4. It is hereby implored upon the management of all Colleges/ Institutions to ensure the veracity of documents, particularly the Category Certificates wherever the admission is to be granted in lieu of a Reserved Category. So far as the Persons with Disability are concerned, if selected under Open Merit or against a Reserved Category, it shall be ensured that his/her PwD Certificate/eligibility is in conformity with Indian Nursing Council (INC)/Paramedical/Nursing Council UT of J&K Guidelines / Regulations framed by the concerned Regulatory Body and wherever required shall refer the matter to the concerned Medical Board to assess such candidate(s) and make recommendations based on which Institution(s) shall take further necessary action. In case any candidate does not fulfill the benchmarks of eligibility as per INC/ Paramedical/Nursing Council UT of J&K Guidelines, his/her admission shall be cancelled on his/her own risk and responsibility under intimation to the Board.

5. For fee related query, candidates provisionally recommended for admission are advised to contact the concerned College/Institution.

6. The Heads of the Institutions shall keep record of admissions and send the shortfall of the candidates, if any, to the Board through e-mail viz, [email protected] / [email protected] on 23rd of October 2024 at 04:30 P.M positively.

7. The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in the Information Brochure and Notifications/Notices issued by the Board in this regard from time to time.
