Provisional Selection List of candidates upgraded/allotted seats during Special Stray Vacancy Round of Counselling (Physical)
for admission to MBBS/BDS/DDM/DDH courses-2023 in Government Medical / Dental Colleges of UT of J&K.

Reference :-

i) Notice No. U-11011/01/2023-MEC dated 31.10.2023 of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.

ii) Notification No. 113-BOPEE of 2023 dated 08.11.2023

Pursuant to Notification No. 113-BOPEE of 2023 dated 08.11.2023 read with Notice No. U-11011/01/2023-MEC dated 31.10.2023 of
Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, the Board conducted Special Stray Vacancy Round of Physical counselling on 11.11.2023 for admission to MBBS (Reserved Category) seats available in GMC Jammu and GMC Udhampur and the BDS/ DDM/DDH courses seats available in Government Dental College Srinagar/Jammu. The list of candidates provisionally selected for
undergoing MBBS/BDS /DDM/ DDH Courses – 2023 in various Government Medical / Dental Colleges of the UT of J&K, is hereby
notified as per Annexure – A to this Notification, which shall be available on the official website of the Board viz. (www.jkbopee.gov.in)
only.

The candidates provisionally upgraded / allotted colleges/seats shall have to report to the allotted college upto 14.11.2023 (till 04.00
p.m.) along with the following documents in original: –

1. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
2. Marks Card of 10+2.
3. Domicile Certificate.
4. Category Certificate, if any.
5. NEET Score Card 2023.
6. Compulsory Service Bond by the candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh, if any.
7. Any other document as may be required by the concerned college authorities.

It shall be sole responsibility of the College concerned to ensure proper check and verification of documents before the candidate(s)
is allowed for admission strictly as per NMC (MCI)/DCI guidelines.

The Heads of the Colleges shall furnish the short fall, if any, to the J&K BOPEE on 14-11- 2023 upto 05:00 p.m. positively.

Note :

1) The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be
false/ fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidates.

2) If any candidate(s) is found to have concealed any information, his/her selection/admission shall be cancelled ab-initio and
fine/penalty shall also be imposed upon him/her as may be deemed proper by the Board in accordance with the laid down
rules.

3) It is hereby implored upon the management of the concerned Colleges to ensure the veracity of documents, particularly the
Category Certificates wherever the admission is to be granted in lieu of a Reserved Category. So far as the Persons with Disability are concerned, if selected under Open Merit or against a Reserved Category, it shall be ensured that his/her PwD Certificate/eligibility is in conformity with Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 and wherever required shall refer the matter to the concerned Medical Board i.e. Government Medical College Jammu/Srinagar to assess the disability of such candidate(s) and make recommendations that
the candidate, if any, does not fulfill benchmarks of eligibility, he/she shall not be admitted to the course/college and the
matter shall be reported to the Board for further course of action.

4) The Heads of the Colleges are advised to keep their admission counters open even on Holidays/Sundays for facilitation of the
candidates to complete their admission formalities within the cutoff date i.e. 14.11.2023

5) The Heads of the concerned Colleges are advised to release the documents and refund the fee of upgraded candidates
immediately on their reporting in the college to enable them to complete their admission within the prescribed date (14.11.2023).

6) The Annexure-A to this notification shall be available on the official website of the Board i.e. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

7) This provisional upgradation/allotment/selection notification is issued without any prejudice and subject to the outcome of
writ petition, if any, pending before any competent court of law.

The other terms and conditions shall, however, remain the same as notified by the Board from time to time on the subject.
