JKBOSE Class 12th Important Order for Candidates
Order under section 163 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
In view of the examination which is being conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education for Higher Secondary Examination Part-II (Class-12th) Annual Private/Bi-Annual Session 2025, commencing w.e.f. 26.07.2025 at 10.00 A.M. I, Mohammad Alyas Khan, (JKAS), District Magistrate, Ramban, in exercise of powers vested in me under section 163 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS), 2023, do hereby impose restrictions on any sort of public movement, interference/public gathering within 100 metres of all examination centres in District Ramban. Use of loudspeaker/any other form of public address system in and around the examination centres is also prohibited.
This order shall take effect from 26.07.2025 and remain in force till the said examination is concluded.
