Extension Notice for Online Submission of Examination Forms for SSE (Class 10th), HSP-I (Class 11th) and HSP-II (Class 12th) Annual Regular Session 2026 (S/Z).

In continuation to this office Notification No: PS/JSE/REG-SZ/X/XI/XII/2025-26 dated 17-11-2025, it is hereby notified for the information of all stakeholders that the students who are currently on rolls in Classes 10th, 11th & 12th in the academic institutions affiliated with JKBOSE and are eligible to appear in the Annual (Regular) Examination Session Feb–March 2026, the dates for submission of Examination Forms and Renewal Registration Returns (in case of Classes 11th and 12th) through online mode via JKBOSE website www.jkbose.nic.in have been extended with a token fine of Rs. 1000/- per candidate plus last prescribed fees, as per the details given below:

Fee Details

Class 10th

• For five subjects only:
  Examination Fee Rs. 3325/- + Renewal Registration Fee Rs. 1000/- = Total Rs. 4325/-

• For more than five subjects:
  Examination Fee Rs. 3545/- + Renewal Registration Fee Rs. 1000/- = Total Rs. 4545/-

Class 11th & 12th

• For five subjects only:
  Examination Fee Rs. 3750/- + Renewal Registration Fee Rs. 1000/- = Total Rs. 4750/-
  (excluding external practical fee)

• For more than five subjects:
  Examination Fee Rs. 4005/- + Renewal Registration Fee Rs. 1000/- = Total Rs. 5005/-
  (excluding external practical fee)

Dates extended:
30th December 2025 to 1st January 2026 (Three days only)

* An additional fee of Rs. 100/- per candidate per practical subject of Classes 11th & 12th shall be charged in all such cases where external practical examination is conducted by J&K BOSE, as already notified.

All other instructions and guidelines as mentioned in the above notification shall remain the same.

Note: No further extension, in any case, shall be granted after the expiry of last date i.e. after 1st January 2026.
