JKBOSE Important Notification 2023

Whereas, as per Notification No: F/PS-JSS-Nott. Int/I/II/III/B/JD/23 dated 27-09-2023 issued by the Joint Secretary Secrecy-JD regarding the submission of Internal Assessment awards pertaining to SSE (10th Class) Session Annual Private/Bi-Annual 2023 for fresh Private candidates and for those Re-appear candidates who could not submit their Internal Assessment awards during Annual Regular 2023 examination due to one reason or the other and for those Reappear candidates who could not score minimum qualifying
marks in the internal assessment component of the subject, the last date for submission of the same at their respective Divisional /Sub/Branch office of JKBOSE was on 05-10-2023 without any fee/fine.

Whereas, the last date with Penalty fee as per Board norms for late submission of internal assessment awards SSE (10th Class) Session Annual Private/Bi-Annual 2023 is on 03/11/2023.

Now, it is once again requested to all the Heads of the Institutions of High/ Higher Secondary Schools falling in the jurisdiction of Jammu Division including District Leh falling under the jurisdiction of UT of Ladakh to ensure that no candidate is dropped from the list of students in whose case Internal Assessment awards had to be submitted by your office but could not be submitted till date due to one reason or the other. Such Institutions may submit the pending internal assessment awards at their respective Board Sub/Branch Office by or before 03-11-2023 with penalty fee as per Board norms if not submitted earlier. It is pertinent to mention here that no internal assessment awards shall be accepted after the above mentioned cut off date, any such case after the declaration of result shall be accepted only in terms of circular No:F(AcadC)/B/Prct.-awards/21 dated 01-04-2021 issued by Director Academics JKBOSE regarding acceptance of Practical awards (both internal and external) after declaration of result .

Besides this, for those old failure candidates who do not fall in the ambit of New scheme of education based on the internal assessment of all the five compulsory subjects pertaining to SSE (10th Class) it Is requested to all the officers of Board Sub/Branch offices of JKBOSE falling under the jurisdiction of Jammu Division including District Leh falling under the jurisdiction of UT of Ladakh that they shall ensure to submit the External practical awards of Science subject within seven days after termination of Practical exam of Science subject as per the Practical Date sheet issued by the concerned Sub/Branch office of JKBOSE at Secrecy Unit-I, JD
