JKBOSE Important Notification

In continuation to Notification No. F(Regn-B)/Corr/9th/JD/25 dated 09-09-2025, it is notified for information of all the affiliated Govt./Pvt. High/Higher Secondary Institutions falling under Jammu Division  including District Leh that the following schedule and details shall apply for corrections, if any, in the registered particulars of candidates:-

1. For Class 9th (Session 2024-25) :

Institutions shall be permitted to apply for correction in the Registered particulars of candidates who will be appearing in the Class 10th Examination, Session Annual Regular Oct-Nov 2025 (W/Z) and 2026 (S/Z). A correction fee of Rs 1500/- (One thousand five hundred only) per candidate shall be charged with effect from 20-10-2025 to 01-11-2025.

2. For Eligibility Candidates (Classes 10th, 11th & 12th) :

Institutions shall be permitted to apply for corrections, if any, in the registered particulars as recorded in the online Eligibility Forms of the concerned candidates for Academic Session Annual Regular 2026 (S/Z) and Oct-Nov 2025 (W/Z). A correction fee of Rs 500/- (Five hundred only) candidate shall be charged with effect from 20-10-2025 to 01-11-2025.

The Assistant Secretaries/ln-charge Officers of the Sub/Branch Offices of JKBOSE, Jammu Division including District Leh, shall consolidate, verify, and forward all such eligible cases along with relevant supporting documents through offline mode to the Registration Returns Section, JD, in hard copy strictly as per Annexure-A.
