JKBOSE Important Notification Regarding (Class 11th)

All the eligible candidates of Higher Secondary Part-lst (Class 11th) Examination Session Annual (Regular) 2024 desirous of obtaining the Photostat Copy/ies of their Answer Scripts and or Re-evaluating their Answer Scripts are hereby informed that they shall APPLY ONLINE for the same on the JKBOSE official website i.e. www.jkbose.nic.in as per below mentioned schedule:

Date of opening of link for submitting online forms of re-evaluation /Photostat copy of Answer script/s 18-07-2024

Last date for filling forms for obtaining photo copy of Answer Script/s : 01-08-2024

Last date for filling Re-evaluation Forms : 08-08-2024

Instructions for filling of Forms for Re-evaluation /Photostat copy/les

● The prescribed fee for Re-evaluation is Rs.520/- per Answer Script and that for Photo copy Is Rs.270/- per Answer script. It shall be deposited through online mode i.e. Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking etc.

● Notice for collection of Photostat copies of Answer Script/s shall be uploaded on the JKBOSE website In phased manner and the students will collect their Photo Copy/les strictly as per the uploaded schedule from the concerned Secrecy sections of JKBOSE Head Office at JKBOSE New Campus, Bemina, Srinagar and Rehari Colony, Jammu-Tawi only after producing proof of the Fee deposited.

● In case, any candidate fails to collect his/her requested photocopy on the scheduled day, the JKBOSE shall not be responsible for any delay/missing of rechecking/re-evaluation of his/her Answer Script.

● If the candidate Is unable to collect Hard Copy of the requested Answer Script due to long distance, he/she may request for Its soft copy through email Immediately after applying for the same in online mode via [email protected] for Jammu division and Leh district of UT of Ladakh and [email protected] for Kashmir division and Kargil district of UT of Ladakh.

● No student will visit the JKBOSE office without following the schedule for collection of Answer Scripts.

● The applicants are advised to keep visiting JKBOSE website regularly for updates regarding schedule for obtaining of Photostat copy/les after they apply for same.

● The candidates having disqualification and Exam/paper. cancelled are not eligible to fill the Photostat copy/re-evaluation forms In the respective subject/s
