JKBOSE Important Notification Regarding Examinations
It is hereby notified for information of all concerned candidates and all other stake holders, that the schedule for submission of Permission-cum-Admission Forms and Statement of Enrollments completed in all respects duly filled in on the prescribed formats of the following category of eligible .u r at jk up da te s.candidates of the affiliated academic institutions of Kashmir Division excluding Kargil, Keran, Tangdar, Machil and Gurez for the Secondary School Examination Class (10th) Session, Bi-Annual, 2018, is given as under:-
Category-I
The re-appear /Failure candidates of Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) Session Annual Regular 2017 of Kashmir Division.
Note: In case the last date/s for submission of fee/forms is declared as ho iday, the next Working day shall be reated a last date.
The candidate shall submit their admission cum permission form provisional y by reference to the result available on the Bose Website. However, they shall submit the original marks card/.u r at j k u p d a t e s.eligibility certificate immediately after receipt from the Board.
Category
The candidates who failed to deposit their admission cum permission forms for appearing in the SSE (10th Class) Bi- Annual Examination -2018, against the previous notification issued vide No. F Gen (SSE/Bi-Ann/Pvt/17/KD, dated: 23-11-2017 followed by extension No. F-Gen (HSE/SSE/Eli-Annual/Pvt/Ext/17/10, dated: 18-12-2017. Last date with lump sum fee of Rs. 1605/- 20-01-2018 without preparation days
Instructions and Guidelines for the Processing and Submission of the Permission cum Admission Forms/
fee and related Statement of Enrollments:-
The candidate shall fill in the particulars and affix two latest digital coloured photograph on their respective Permission-cum-Admission Form& submit the same in the concerned institution.
The Heads of the institutions are instructed to submit the Permission-cum-Admission Forms and Statement of Enrollments completed in all respects & duly filled in the prescribed formats along with forwarding letters in triplicate in the respective BOSE offices through their authorized.u r at j ku pd at e s. representatives/ admission In- charge only. The letters must indicate the number of candidates (enrolled & appearing) subject wise and+ description of fee deposited in the Bank.
The Heads of the Institutions concerned shall also ensure that
Particulars of only five candidates are filled on each side of the enrollment page.
Affixthe latest digital coloured photograph of each candidate against his/her particulars- on the enrollment form duly signed and stamped as well as sent-up list which remains .u r at j ku pd at e s.with the institutions for record and reference.
Cover the photographs with quality transparent adhesive tape on enrollment form to avoid chance of misuse and impersonation.
The fee, as prescribed above, shall be deposited by the Heads of the affiliated Academic institutions for the concerned candidates in the .u r at j ku pd at e s.shape of “Bank slip ” to be obtained from the concerned Bose office, pledged to the Chairman, the MK State Board of School Education and deposited in the designated Branches of y Jammu & Kashmir Bank.
