JKBOSE Photo & Signature Correction 2026 Open for Class 10th, 11th & 12th
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially issued an important notification regarding the updation/correction of Photograph and Signature for candidates of Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th appearing in the Annual Regular Session 2026 (Summer Zone), Jammu Division.
Additionally, the Board has also allowed change of subjects for Class 11th candidates only, subject to prescribed conditions.
📌 Who Can Apply for Correction?
The correction facility is available for students of:
✅ Class 10th
✅ Class 11th (Photo, Signature + Subject Change)
✅ Class 12th
Applicable for Annual Regular Examination 2026 – Summer Zone (Jammu Division).

Correction Start Date : 18 December 2025
Last Date (Normal Fee) : 24 December 2025
Last Date (Late Fee) : 31 December 2025
Submission Deadline to ITSS, JD : On or before 02 January 2026
💰 Correction Fee
- ₹200 per candidate (till 24-12-2025)
- ₹500 per candidate (from 25-12-2025 to 31-12-2025)
📝 What Corrections Are Allowed?
✔️ Photograph correction
✔️ Signature correction
✔️ Subject change (Class 11th only)
Corrections must be supported with relevant records as per Annexure “A” & “B” mentioned in the notification.
🏫 Important Instructions for Schools
- Heads of Govt./Private High & Higher Secondary Schools must submit correction requests to the IT Section / JD / concerned Sub-Branch Office.
- All corrected data must be forwarded to ITSS, Jammu Division in the prescribed format.
- ❌ No request will be entertained after the due date.
- Principals/Heads of Institutions will be solely responsible for timely completion.
⚠️ Important Note
JKBOSE has clearly stated that no correction requests will be accepted after the prescribed dates. Students are advised to contact their respective schools immediately to avoid last-minute issues.
