JKBOSE: Submission of Examination and Registration Return/Renewal Forms
Pursuant to the Circular No. 06-JK (Edu) of 2024 dated 19-09-2024 issued by the School Education Department, UT of J&K regarding grant of Provisional Affiliation to private schools, as one-time exemption for the academic session 2023-24 (when they were tagged with the nearby government schools) and current academic session 2024-25, for non-conformity to provisions of S.O 177, and sequel to the clarification issued by the School Education Department vlde No:- Edu-LGLOKmr/363/2023-01/7327507 dated:- 06-11-2024, It is hereby notified for Information of all the stakeholders that in consonance with JKBOSE Regulatory provisions of Admissions in Affiliated/Recognised schools, facilities of Registration Returns (RR) and examination are hereby granted to following categories of Schools/lnstitutions which are currently without valid affiliation, as one-time exemption, for the academic session 2023-24 & 2024-25 for the classes 9th to 12th as applicable:-
1.Schools with State Land/Court Cases/State Land with other deficiencies, except for school specific court cases other than S.O 177.
2. Schools on Proprietary land with deficiencies viz-a-viz Norms of the School Education Department and JKBOSE.
The said Schools/lnstitutions shall apply through online mode for Registration of 9th class students of session 2023-24 currently studying in class 10th with effect from 13-11-2024 to 18-11-2024 with total Fee of Rs.2205/-per student.
Moreover, the Schools/lnstitutions shall accept the EXAMINATION FORMS of Class 10th, 11th and 12th and RENEWAL REGISTRATION RETURNS (In case of Classes 11th and 12th) from their eligible students through offline mode w.e.f. 19-11-2024 to 22-11-2024 without any late Fee. The respective schools shall deposit fee received from the candidates in the respective Banks and submit Examination forms to JKBOSE Branch/Sub/Head Office by 25th November 2024.
The list of all such schools shall be available at JKBOSE website www.jkbose.nic.in. No further extension of dates shall be granted in this regard.
The remaining terms and conditions notified vide notification No:-F: (Acad-C)/Reg- Exam-X/XI/XII/E-7580651/2024 dated:-15-10-2024 shall remain same.
