JKBOTE Examination Notification for 3rd, 5th and 6TH Semester

It is notified for the information of all the concerned Principals and the students of Govt./Private Polytechnics of UT of Jammu and Kashmir that the online examination forms of 3rd, 5th and 6TH semester students shall be available on www.jksbotelive.com with effect from 26th of February, 2021 to 08th of March, 2021 for the examination session Nov-Dec, 2020.

The students shall be required to fill up the examination forms online by logging into their accounts

Students are advised to create new accounts with using previous session details/semester Roll No. and new Ph. Number.

The students can pay fee through only online payment methods(Internet Banking/Credit/Debit Card)

The Principals are requested to provide the assistance wherever required to the students for filling online examination forms.

In case of any difficulty/problem in filling up of online examination form students may contact Dy. Registrar BOTE Jammu/Srinagar or Email, on
[email protected] with the subject line mentioning examination form issue and give complete details In the mail.

There is no need to submit any hard copy of the examination form in the Board, however the students are advised to retain the Hard copy of the same for their record.

The examination forms shall be verified online by the concerned HOD and the Principal of the Institute.

The Examination fee structure is as under:

For regular students

Examination fee Rs. 1000/ per semester

Re-appear candidates (Theory and practical papers shall be considered separately)

For one subject Rs. 200/- only

For two subjects Rs. 400/- only

For more than two subjects 1000/- only.
