2nd Final selection list of candidates for admission in three years diploma programmes in all the polytechnics of UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh, Session-2024

NOTIFICATION No: 32-BOTE of 2024 dated 23-07-2024

In pursuance of Notification No. 29-BOTE of 2024 dated 09/07/2024, the 2nd final selection list of the candidates as per their merit-cum preferences are hereby provisionally selected/upgraded for admission year – 2024 in various Polytechnics of Union Territory of J&K and UT of Ladakh as per the Annexure “A” to this notification which is available on website of the Board (www.jksbotelive.com) only. The provisionally selected candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted polytechnics w.e.f. 24-07-2024 to 31-07-2024 (05.00 PM) along with the following documents in original:-

1. Marks Card of 10th class.

2. Date of birth Certificate of 10th class.

3. Marks card of 12th class (for MLT students with compulsory Biology)

4. Domicile Certificate

5. Category Certificate, if any

6. Medical fitness certificate

7. Any other certificate / document as required by the College/Institution.

The candidates are advised to report to the allotted polytechnics up to 31-07-2024 positively. It shall be sole responsibility of the Polytechnics concerned to ensure proper check and verification of documents/ eligibility before the candidate is allowed for admission and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite documents; the same shall be reported to the Board for further course, of action under rules. In order to complete admission process-within the prescribed cut-off date (31-07-2024), the Principal Polytechnics are requested to designate Nodal Officers to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time.

Those candidates who have not got their choice of Branch/Institution as per their preference may contact the respective Govt. Polytechnic College in their respective districts.

All the HOl are requested to update the admission portal of JKBOTE with reference to this Notification.

Further all the Principals of Govt./Private Polytechnics are advised to fill up the leftover/vacant seats for the year 2024) at institutional level and admit eligible candidates as per norms.
