JKDTE Govt/Pvt ITIs Admission Notification for Various Engineering/non Engineering trades

Online applications are invited from the desirous candidates for seeking admission in Government/Private ITIs of UT of J&K, for the academic session 2021-22-23 in various engineering/non engineering trades having duration of two years/one year/six months being run under NCVT/SCVT scheme and commencing and September 2021, for which the forms can be uploaded from 16th of July 2021.

Candidates having minimum age of 14 years, as on 1st June 2021, which no upper age bar (except Driver cum Mechanic LMV trade, for which minimum age is 18 years) can apply.

The desirous candidates have to fill up the admission forms online available at ITI admission like (http://itiadmissoin.jkdsd.org) present on the official website of Directorate of Skill Development (erstwhile Technical Education) J&K i.e. www.jkdsd.org.

The last date for applying online is upto 05th of August 2021.

The details pertaining to trades functioning in various Government/Private ITIs, for which admission are to be made for the session 2021- 22-23 for free and self financing seat are available in the portal and can also be sought from the concerned ITIs.

The candidates have to fill up the complete details which include basic details of the students like name, parentage etc and qualification details online in the portal and have to upload the soft copy of the following documents online only:-

Marks certificate of qualifying examination.

Date of birth certificate

Category certificate (SC/ST/Ex-serviceman/Physically handicapped/EWS) if any.

Adhaar card.

(Domicile certificate should be produced at the time of admission in the respective ITI).

The candidates after finalizing the profile and application online will be required to deposit the print out of the system generated application in the concerned ITI in which the candidate is applying along with self attested photo copies of above mentioned required documents in the concerned institute.

The detailed guidelines for verifying the application forms by the ITIs will be issued separately to the institutes.

The candidates has to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- (one hundred) per three trades in which he/she is seeking admission against cash receipt from the respective ITI.

Important Note :

Selection will be made purely on the basis of academic merit obtained by the applicants in their qualifying examination (both for free and self financing seats separately).

On successful completion of training in trades running under NCVT/SCVT scheme, certificate will be awarded by National/State Council for Vocational Training.

Candidates who have already undergone training in any of the trades in any ITI can applying for admission in another trade after two years after completion of previous training course. However, for the ensuring academic session, their admission can be considered in any trade having poor response.
