JKIAC Interview Schedule for shortlisted candidates
It is notified for the information of all concerned that:
1. The candidates shown in Annexure-“A”and Annexure-“B” to this Notification are called for the interview for Contractual Engagement as “Stenographer” and “MTS” at J&K International Arbitration Centre, Jammu, pursuant to Advertisement Notification No. 02/COORD/JKIAC dated 25.04.2025.
2. The interview of the shortlisted candidates shall be held on 08.09.2025 (Monday), at J&K International Arbitration Centre, High Court Complex, Janipur, Jammu.
3. The reporting time for the interview shall be 9:30 AM.
4. The candidates shall have to bring proof of identity with them at the time of interview like Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Driving license, Passport etc.
5. The candidates shall have to produce all original certificates/testimonials before the interview committee at the time of their interview. Any candidate who fails to produce his/her original certificates/ testimonials may forfeit his/her candidature.
6. Mere figuring of name in the interview list shall not entitle a candidate to appear in the interview which shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials of the shortlisted candidates.
7. No individual interview call letters shall be issued to the candidates whose names figure in Annexure-A to this Notification.
8. In the event of any deficiency found at the time of interview with reference to the eligibility of any candidate, such candidate may not be allowed to appear in the interview
9. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
