JKPSC Medical Officer Answer Keys and Result
Conduct of Written Test for the posts of Medical Officer (Allopathic) in the Health & Medical Education Department -Disposal of the Objections/Representations received against the Provisional Official Answer Key and issuance of Final Official Answer Key thereof.
Ref: Rule 10 (d) to 10 (f) of the J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examination) Rules, 2022.
Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2024/21 Dated: 07.05.2024
1. Whereas, the J&K Public Service Commission conducted the Written Test for filling up of posts of Medical Officer (Allopathic) in the Health & Medical Education Department, on 21.04.2024; and
2. Whereas, the Provisional official answer key was notified and uploaded on the official website of the Commission for information of the candidates on 21.04.2024, inter-alia notifying that, if any candidate feels that the keys to any of the questions is wrong/incorrect, he/she may prefer a representation/objection on the prescribed proforma to the Controller of Examinations within a period of three days from the date of its notification, i.e upto 24.04.2024 (5:00 p.m.) along with documentary proof /evidence along with the fee of Rs. 500/- per question; and
a) The changes recommended by the Committee of Experts are hereby adopted and the Final Official Answer Key is annexed to this notification;
b) The amount deposited @ Rs 500/- per question is also hereby released in respect of genuine/correct representations and same shall be transferred through RTGS in individual account of candidates.

(2) Filling up of the posts of Medical Officer(Allopathic) in the Health &Medical Education Department-Result of Written Test reg; Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2024/ 22 Dated: 07.05.2024
In pursuance of J&K Health & Medical Education (Gazetted) Service Rules issued vide SRO 325 dated 12.07.2013 read with amendments notified vide SRO 388 dated 10.09.2018 and Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examinations) Rules, 2022 read with J&K Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 2021 as amended up to date and on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the written test held on 21.04.2024, the result of the candidates who appeared in the said written test is annexed as Annexure-A to this notification. Consequent upon the above-
a) The list of candidates called for verification of original certificates/documents in support of their claim pertaining to age, educational qualifications, internship, registration by MCl/State Medical Council, domicile, category and disability, if any, etc. in terms of Rules 27 & 28 of the J&K Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 2021, is annexed as Annexure-B against notification No. 03-PSC (DR-P) of 2024 dated 05.03.2024 to this notification. The inclusion of the candidates in Annexure-B is provisional and solely for the purpose of verification of documents and does not confer any preferential right or claim upon these candidates for selection/recommendation/appointment, which shall be made in terms of the rules and shall further be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending disposal before Court(s) of Law.
b) The schedule for verification of documents shall be notified separately.
