JKPSC Rejection of candidature for Posts Notification

Filling up of the post of Associate Professor (Architecture) in the School of Architecture in Higher Education Department – Rejection of candidature thereof.

Whereas, the Higher Education Department, vide letter No. HED-GAZ/85/2022-04 dated 13.04.2022, among others, referred 04 posts (OM=02, RBA=01, SC=01) of Associate Professor (Architecture) in the School of Architecture in Higher Education Department, to the J&K Public Service Commission for selection; and,

Whereas, the posts were advertised vide Notification No. 15-PSC (DR-P) of 2023 dated 02.05.2023; and,

Whereas, the written test was conducted on 22.10.2023 and 04 candidates were declared to have qualified the written test vide Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2024/06 dated 27.03.2024; and,

Whereas, upon scrutiny of the documents, it has been found that the following candidates have deficiency in respect of the documents, accordingly vide Notice dated 07.08.2025 they were advised to get the documents authenticated/countersigned by the designated authorities as envisaged in Rule-45 of J&K Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rule-2021:
