JKSSB Class IV Posts-Cancellation of withheld recommendation

Final Selection List-cum-Allocation of cadres & Departments notified for the remaining Class-IV posts (Hearing Category/PwBD candidates), advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020 – Cancellation of withheld recommendation thereof
Whereas, the Final Selection List for 3422 Class-IV posts, under Phase-II, in District/Divisional/ Union Territory Cadres, advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2020 dated 04.06.2020, was notified by the Board vide Notification No. SSB/Secy/Sel/Class-Iv/2021/6202-09 dated 06.10.2022, and forwarded to the General Administration Department; and

Whereas, among the selected candidates, 80 posts belonging to HCH/PwD category were kept reserved on the directions of Hon’ble Court with recommendations of various candidates were kept withheld, subject to production of relevant documents/ valid disability certificate as per Annexure A ; and

Whereas, the JKSSB issued Notice, Vide No. JICSSB/55/2022- 05(7048574) dated 10.01.2024, and dated 12.01.2024 to three candidates as per Annexure A, whose recommendations were kept withheld subject to production of relevant documents/valid disability certificate and advised them to submit the necessary documents before the Board within stipulated time period; and

Whereas, the matter was placed in the Board in its 260th meeting, which deliberated upon the pending cases in the aforementioned selection and decided that these withheld recommendations shall be cancelled after affording them an opportunity of being heard by way of a Notice; and

Whereas, JKSSB issued final Notice, vide No. JIGSB/55/2022- 05(7048574) dated 11.07.2024, to these three candidates, affording them a Final opportunity to submit the necessary documents within 21 days w.e.f. 11.07.2024. These candidates have again submitted deficient documents before the Board; and

Whereas, the matter was placed again before the Board. The Board in its 283w meeting, decided to cancel the withheld recommendations, of these three candidates who have submitted insufficient documents before the Board despite passage of considerable time; and

Now, therefore and in view of the above, the withheld recommendations of these three candidates as per Annexure A for the post of Class-IV belonging to (Hearing Category/PwBD) advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020, are hereby cancelled.
