JKSSB Document Verification for Jr Assistant Post
Document Verification of the candidate whose claim found genuine and falling under consideration zone for the post of Jr Assistant, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No.03 of 2021, for which the CBT Examination conducted w.e.f 20-01-2022 to 24-01-2022- regarding
Whereas, Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) vide this office notice no. SSB/COE/CBT/2022/2893-2900 dated 19-03-2022 issued merit List of candidates for the posts of Junior Assistant, Cadrex Clerk, Casher, Jr Assistant /Computer-cum-Jr Assistant/ Clerk/Store Attendant and Welfare Organizer, UT Cadre, Divisional Cadres and various Districts, advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01, 02 and 03 of 2021 w.e.f 20-01-2022 to 24-01-2022; and
Whereas, vide Notice No SSB/COE/2022/3491-98 dated 30-03-2022, candidates figuring in the consideration list for the posts of Junior Assistant, Cadrex Clerk, Casher, Jr Assistant /Computer-cum-Jr Assistant/ Clerk/Store Attendant and Welfare Organizer, UT Cadre, Divisional Cadres and various Districts, advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01, 02 and 03 of 2021, were called for Documents Verification; and,
Whereas, JKSSB received one representation from candidate namely Suneha Dabgotra D/O Sh Jagdish Raj Dabgotra with the plea that she had submitted application forms against different Advertisement Notification Nos under ‘OM’ as well as ‘Social Caste’ category, but could not find his/her name in the recently issued consideration list of candidates under Social Caste Category for document verification against Advertisement Notice No 03 of 2021 for which she had applied under Social Caste Category; and,
Whereas, the claim submitted by the candidate had been examined and found that her claim for being a member of Social Caste found to be genuine for documents verification.
Now, therefore, the candidate shown in annexure “A” to this notice is hereby called for Document Verification for post/items shown against on 18th of May 2022 at Central Office of the J&K Services Selection Board, Hema Complex, Sector -3, Channi Himmat, Jammu (Jammu Based Candidates) at 10.30 AM sharp, failing which no claim in this regard shall be entertained at any later stage.
