Waiting List for the posts of Panchayat Secretary, under, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, District Cadre, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 03 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 – Release of withheld recommendation thereo
Kindly refer to this office letter No. JKSSB-Scry/3/2024-03 (E-7402474) dated 31.10.2024 & 22.05.2025, where-under the Waiting List of candidates for the posts of Panchayat Secretary, Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, District Cadres, Jammu/Kashmir, under various Item Nos. advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 03 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 respectively was notified and forwarded to your department for further course of action.
Among others, the cases of 05 candidates, whose recommendations were kept withheld for the aforesaid posts, were placed before the Board in its 312th Board Meeting, which decided to release their recommendation on account of the deficiencies being cleared by the candidates.
Accordingly, the undersigned is directed to convey the above decision of the Board regarding the release of withheld recommendations of the candidates as figuring in “Annexure-A” to this communication for the posts of Panchayat Secretary, Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 03 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022. The other terms and conditions as conveyed vide letter this office letter No. JKSSB-Scry/3/2024-03 (E-7402474) dated 31.10.2024 & 22.05.2025 shall remain the same.
The above recommendations shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s)/OA(s), if any, pending disposal before any competent Court of jurisdiction. The Selection List shall also be subject to the outcome of any inquiry, involving candidate(s) figuring in this Selection List.
The document verification/scrutiny conducted by the Board is limited to the extent of establishing physical possession of the Category/Degree certificates and ascertaining
