Notice regarding Extension in last date of filling of Online Application Form for UT Cadre Posts for Sub-Inspector in Home Department issued vide Notification No. 06 of 2021 Dated:-21-10-2021
Whereas, the Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) invited online applications vide Advertisement No. 06 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021 from eligible candidates for participation in the selection process for UT Cadre Posts of Sub-Inspector in the Home Department; and
Whereas, the last date for submission of online applications had been fixed as 1012-2021 which was extended upto 18-12-2021 vide notification No.SSB/Secy/2021/8547- 64 Dated:-08-12-2021 on receiving various representations ; and
Whereas, the Board has been approached through various means by a host of prospective candidates for seeking extension in the last date for filling of online application forms due to disruption in power supply on 17th & 18th December,2021caused by strike call given by the employees of Power Development Department in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir; and
Whereas, the matter has been examined by the Board and after taking all relevant factors into consideration, decided to provide opportunity to the candidates for submission of online application for the posts advertised vide aforementioned notification.
Now, therefore, in the light of above, window for submission of online applications for post of Sub-Inspector advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021 of the Home Department, shall now be available for three days, w.e.f. 24 .12.2021(0.00 hours) to 26-12-2021 till 12.00(Midnight).
It is further notified that Edit Option shall be functional till 5.00 pm of 23-12-2021 and thereafter a separate
