Submission of Affidavit for the post of Class IV, (Revenue Department) of various district of Kashmir Division, advertised vide
Advertisement Notification No.03 of 2020 dated: 01.12.2020(PM Package for Kashmiri Migrants & Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits)- regarding.
It is notified for the information of concerned candidates called for Documents Verification in phased manner for the post of Class IV, (Revenue Department) of various district of Kashmir Division, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No.03 of 2020 dated: 01.12.2020 (PM Package for Kashmiri Migrants & NonMigrant Kashmiri Pandits) vide this office notice nos. SSB/Secy/Sel/2021/3820- 30 dated 18-05.2021, are hereby informed to submit an Undertaking in the shape of an Affidavit duly attested by a Ld. Judicial magistrate to the effect that:
(a) He/she is possessing the minimum qualification of Matric and Maximum of 10+2 and he/she is not possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribed for the post.
(b) If at any stage of the selection or later on, it has been found that he/she is possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribed for the post, his/her candidature shall be cancelled ab-initio, without any further notice and he/she shall have no objection if his/her name for the Class IV post will be rejected.
The aforementioned candidates shall deposited the affidavits /undertaking either in the Central Office of the J&K Services Selection Board, at Hema Complex, Sector – 3 Channi Himmat, Jammu or Zum Zum Building, Rambagh, Srinagar, on 05th, 06th and 07th of October, 2021 10.30 AM onwards, failing which no claim in this regard shall be entertained the J&K Services Selection Board shall take further necessary action in the matter in accordance with relevant rules.
