Tentative Seniority List of the employees borne upon the
establishment of Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board as
on 01.01.2025

Whereas, vide Office Order No. 169-SSB of 2023 dated 30.08.2023, a
final Seniority list of the employees borne on the establishment of the J&K Services
Selection Board, as it stood on 01,01.2023 was notified; and

Whereas, various officials have either been promoted or have retired
from service during the intervening period.

Whereas, a revision of the seniority list is mandated in the rules that
seniority list of officials is to be kept upto date on periodic basis.
Now, therefore, in view of the above, a fresh tentative seniority list
assigning positions to the officials borne on the establishment of the Jammu and
Kashmir Services Selection Board as per their respective merit, has been prepared on
the basis of records available which is annexed to this circular as Annexure “A”. Any
official/person having grievance/ objection vis-a-vis, the position assigned to any of
the Non-Gazetted official, can file representation along with relevant documentary
proof, before the Secretary, J&K Services Selection Board, Central Office, CPO Chowk,
Panjtirthi Jammu/Zam Zam Complex Rambagh, Srinagar, within a period of 21 days
from the issuance of this circular, failing which it shall be presumed that the
concerned official(s) has/have no objection and the final seniority list shall be notified
accordingly
