JNV Reasi Admission Notice
NOTIFICATION FOR ADMISSION OF STUDENTS TO CLASS-XI AGAINST VACANT SEATS DURING THE SESSION 2025-26
Applications are hereby invited from eligible students for admission to Class XI against the vacant seats likely to be available in JNV Reasi during the academic year 2025-26. Admission will be made on the basis of performance of students in Class X Board Examinations conducted by CBSE / State Education Board.
Eligibility
Date of birth of the candidate must be between 01.06.2008 to 31.07.2010 (both dates are inclusive).
The candidate must have passed Class X from a recognized school (affiliated to CBSE or any other State Education Board) of the district where the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is located during the academic session 2024-25.
Only a student securing 60% or above (First class) in class X is eligible to apply.
The candidate opting for Science Stream must have at least 60% marks in Science subject and candidate opting for Mathematics in any stream must have at least 60% marks in Mathematics in class X.
Selection Criteria
Preference will be given to:
Candidates from CBSE affiliated Schools
If seats still remain vacant, candidates from other recognized State Boards may be considered, strictly in order of merit.
Merit list will be prepared and students will be selected only against the vacancies based on the marks obtained in class X.
Stream-wise merit list will be prepared for a JNV in accordance with the criteria decided by the Samiti.

Candidates may submit the duly filled form on the Email Id of the JNV Reasi i.e. [email protected] or in physical form.
The last date to submit the APPLICATION FORM is 10th August, 2025.
