Kashmir Education Initiative, Srinagar scholarships Notice
(1) POST GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP
Kashmir Education Initiative, Srinagar Kashmir (KEI *), a non-profit, non-political and charitable educational organization, is inviting applications for the award of scholarships from the students who are currently registered in the P.G courses of any of the following Universities/Institutions: University of Kashmir, Central University of Kashmir, Cluster University, Srinagar, SKUAST-K, Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) and the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Those who wish to apply are required to fulfil the following criteria:
Must be of Kashmiri origin, as evidenced by domicile certificate
Must have secured more than 70% marks in all Board and University examinations.
Should be in the 1st semester of their postgraduate courses (M.A/M.Sc./M.Com/M.Tech).
Students in various integrated courses (BBA/MBA, BCA/MCA, LLB etc) must be in the postgraduate part of their respective courses (7th semester onwards).
Their total annual household income should not exceed INR 3,00,000/-. (This claim shall have to be substantiated by documentary evidence as the information provided here shall be subjected to verification by the concerned sources by the KEI).
Students must have secured admission in their respective post graduate courses through OPEN MERIT category only.
(*Students receiving financial aid from any other source (government or private) are not eligible).
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS :
Application forms can be submitted online on our website www.keikashmir.org.
The application shall be submitted along with the following documents:
A document of confirmation that a student has obtained admission in a given course of a University (e.g Admission slip etc.)
Marks certificates of all Board (10th and 12th classes) and University (Graduation) examinations.
Proof of their household income, verified by the Tehsildar (as shown in the application form).
Rank in the entrance tests of their respective University/Institute (2025).
Domicile certificate
Students availing the KEI scholarship and having furnished wrong information regarding their income or eligibility etc., will face disqualification and disciplinary action.

(2) SCHOLARSHIP FOR INTEGRATED COURSES
Kashmir Education Initiative, Srinagar Kashmir (KEI), a non-profit, non-political charitable educational organisation is inviting applications from students currently registered in the integrated courses of any of the following Universities/Institutions: University of Kashmir, Central University of Kashmir, Cluster University, Srinagar, SKUAST-K and Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST).
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Those who wish to apply are required to fulfil the following criteria:
Must be of Kashmiri origin, as evidenced by domicile certificate
Must have secured more than 70% marks in all Board examinations.
Should be in the 1st semester of their Integrated 5 years programme (B.A; B.Sc; B.Com, IMBA, LLB).
Their total annual household income should not exceed INR 3,00,000. (This claim shall have to substantiated by documentary evidence as the information provided here shall be subjected to rigorous verification using multiple sources by the KEI).
Students must have obtained admission in their respective course through OPEN MERIT category only. (Students receiving financial aid from any other source (government or private) are not eligible).
