Kashmir University Makes Biometric Attendance Mandatory from 2026–27

The University of Kashmir has announced the compulsory implementation of biometric attendance systems in all its private affiliated colleges starting from the Academic Session 2026–27. The decision has been formally communicated through an official circular issued by the College Development Council (CDC), directing all concerned institutions to ensure strict compliance.

The Office of the Dean, College Development Council, University of Kashmir, has notified the Chairpersons and Principals of all private affiliated colleges about the introduction of the new attendance mechanism.
