Please find enclosed herewith the list of shortlisted candidates for the recruitment of Class-1V posts i.e. (Orderly, Process Server and Sweeper/Chowkidar) to be published in leading dailies at least in two English dailies and two Urdu dailies News Papers. As such you are requested to .u r at jkupdates.get the list published at the earliest , as the interview is scheduled to be held w.e.f. 19 Feb. 2018 to 21 Feb. 2018 at Deputy Commissioner Complex Kishtwar (Mini Secretariat)
It is notified for the information of all the concerned that document verification cum interview of the candidates who have applied for 31 Class-IV posts in District Kishtwar in response to advertisement Notice No. DC/K/Recruitment/01 of 2012 Dated 06 of 2012, shall be .u r at jkupdates.conducted w.e.f. 19 Feb. 2018 to 21 Feb. 2018 at the venue date and time as per scheduled given at Annexure “A” “B” and Detailed list of the candidates called for interview is given at Annexure “A”, “B” and “C” of this notice.
It is further notified that:
All any additional qualifications / reserved category certificate acquired by the candidate after the last date of receipt of application form i.e. 08-03-2012, shall not be entertained.
Mere figuring of name in the list does not entitle the candidate to appear in the interview as it shall be subject to scrutiny of all testimonials of the candidates shortlisted.
No separate interview call letter shall be issued to any candidate who name figures in the said list and this notice shall be deemed to be interview call to appear before.u r at jk up da te s. the interview committee on the scheduled date and time. A candidate who fails to appear in the interview on the given date shall not be interviewed later and shall forfeit his/her right of consideration.
In case of any deficiencies with reference to eligibility etc. proved at the time of interview, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the interview or if any deficiency is found subsequently the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as
The candidate shall have to produce all original certificates / testimonials as asked for vide above referred advertisement .u r at jk u p d a t e s.notification before the interview committee at the time of interview. The candidates who failed to produce such certificates / testimonials may forfeit their candidature.
Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated / tempered documents / testimonials or making false statement incorrect statement or suppressing.j ku pd at es. material information shall be rendered liable to criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for specific period for consideration for any or all recruitment made by the board. Also canvassing / lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate.
No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the interview.
