Mission Vatsalya, J&K Notification Regarding Withdrawal of Various Posts

Withdrawal of post advertised vide Notification No, 06,07 and of 2018 refund of a application processing fee thereof.

Whereas, the Directorate of Mission Vatsalya, J&K (erstwhile ICPS) advertised various categories of posts through advertisement notification no. 06 of 2018 dated 31-05-2018, 07 of 2018 dated 05-11-2018 and 08 of 2018 dated 06-11-2018; and Whereas, applications were received by the Directorate of Mission Vatsalya, J&K (erstwhile ICPS) from the candidates against the advertised contractual posts; and

Whereas, the Directorate of Mission Vatsalya, J&K (erstwhile ICPS) withdrew all the contractual posts advertised vide above quoted notification numbers; and Whereas, the Directorate of Mission Vatsalya, J&K (erstwhile ICPS) has been continuously receiving queries from the candidates for refund of the fee paid by the candidates against the advertised contractual posts, and

Whereas, it has been observed that the genuine grievance of the candidates relating to refund of the fee paid by the candidates for the contractual posts which were withdrawn needs to be considered.

Now therefore, through the medium of this notice, all such candidates who have paid the fee and have not yet get the refund for any/multiple contractual posts advertised vide above quoted notifications are in the meanwhile called upon to submit their claim for refund on [email protected] from 07-08-2023 upto 18-08-2023 along with the proof of fee paid bank receipt of the fee & acknowledgement receipt and personal bank account number, branch & IFSC code to which the same can be refunded, enabling this office to settle the claims of the applicants.
