Mission Youth J&k Important Notification

General selection list /Coaching Institute Preference under the Scheme of PARVAAZ IAS/JKAS, Mission Youth.

Through this medium of notification, candidates who have applied for free coaching under the PARVAAZ scheme and have qualified for the PARVAAZ Qualifying Test for IAS/JKAS are requested to upload their coaching institute preference through the link https://parvaaz.missionyouthjk.in/preference till 01-10-2023.

The General selection list, selection list under reserved category (30% females) along with the waiting lists are enclosed herewith as Annexures. The list of coaching institutes along locations is available in the given link. The actual allotment shall be based on merit cum preference and the number of slots available at the institute selected by the candidates. Candidates are advised to make an informed/considered decision regarding the preference/choice of the institute as the institute once allotted will not be changed. The preference of the coaching institute shall not be considered after the given deadline.

Further, the final institutes allotted to the candidates on merit cum preference shall be notified separately who shall subsequently be required to report to the allotted institution within the specified time frame. The candidates must furnish the following original documents, along with a self-attested copy of each, when reporting to the concerned coaching institute:

a) Date of Birth Certificate.

b) Degree certificate or any other document showing the candidate is a graduate.

c) Domicile Certificate.

d) Income Certificate (Depicting Annual Family Income, not older than 6 months, issued by Competent Authority/Tehsildar)

e) Photo-Identity Proof.

i) Proof of qualified prelim examination in the last two years.

g) Affidavit form attested by 1st class magistrate as per format enclosed (Annexure A),

h) Admission form as per format enclosed (Annexure B).

In case the candidates fail to furnish the requisite documents or if there is any discrepancy found, the same shall lead to disqualification of the candidate from availing benefit under the PARVAAZ scheme.
