National Youth Festival 2026 – “Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue”
It is hereby notified for the information of youth aged 15-29 years, residing in various Districts of Jammu and Kashmir, that the Directorate of Youth Services and Sports is organizing District-Level Events under the National Youth Festival 2026 – “Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue” under the aegis of Ministry of Youth Welfare and Sports, Govt of India. Winners at the UT level shall get an opportunity to participate in the National Youth Festival and also meet the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.
Participate in exciting competitive tracks under Cultural and Innovation domains featuring:
1. Group folk dance
2. Group folk song
3. Story writing
4. Painting
5. Declamation
6. Poetry
7. Innovation (Science Exhibition)

1. Search for events in your local district.
2. Check activity date, venue and details.
3. Scroll down and click Apply to Participate.
For Unregistered Youth:
Follow these quick steps to register on the My Bharat Portal:
1. Visit https://mybharat.gov.in
2. Click Get Started Then Register Now.
3. Enter your mobile number/email ID, agree to the terms and verify via OTP.
4. Fill In your details Name, Gender, District and Qualification.
5. Complete your profile and return to the above participation link to apply through your District.
