Online Registration of candidates of NEET MD/MS/PGD and MDS filling up of Online Preference for allotment of seats 2018

NOTIFICATION NO. 019-BOPEE OF 2018 DATED 20-03-2018
Consequent upon issuance of updated Provisional State Merit List (PSML) of candidates vide notification No. 018-BOPEE of 2018 Dated 20-3-2018, the candidates who have registered online and figure in the Provisional State Merit List shall be allowed to fill up the Online Preferences as per the following schedule and numbers:-
Mock Exercise : 21-3-2018
Filling up of the Preferences : 22-3-2018 to 27-3.2018
Updation/Change of the Preferences if any 28-3-2018 up to 4.00 PM
All MD/MS/PGD/MDS candidates figuring in the Provisional State Merit List allowed to
participate in the filling up of Online Preferences.
MDS Candidates : OM Candidates up to the score of 519 and all RBA /ST candidates who
figure in State Merit List
NOTE
The candidates shall have to pay an Online Fee of Rs 2000/- during the filling up of the Online Preference Forms;
The candidates in their own interest are advised to go through the general technkal instructions, as contained
In Information Brochure. However, .u r at jkupdates.candidates are advised to print one copy of preference form filled in by them for record and reference. No copy be sent to JKBOPEE as otherwise mentioned in the Information Brochure.
They should also update their preferences if they so desire, only on the date as mentioned above. Board shall
not allow any candidate to change the preference, after the prescribed date.
The tentative operative seat matrix Is annexed as Annexure AS and “r in respect of MD/MS/PGD and MDS
respectively for information of the candidates.This includes the additional seats for which letter of permission has been granted by the Ministry of .u r at jk up dat es.Health and Family Welfare, Government of India vide letter No. U.12012/21/2018- ME-I (FTS.314587) dated 12-3-2018 respectively In favour of Government Medical College Srinagar and Government Medical College Jammu. In case any further increase In the seats takes place, the allotment will be made on the basis of revised seats updated till the notification of the admission and on the preferences already filled in by the candidates till the last date.
The seats in the ASCOM, which were put on hold earlier, are also added to the seat matrix. However the fee notified
in the Information Brochure for the seats in ASCOM and other Government colleges is tentative and shall be such as maybe notified by the Government .u r at jku pda tes.for the academic session 2018. Board does not fix the fee for admission. The candidates are advised to remain in touch with the websites of the concerned colleges/institutions for this Only 11 seats in ASCOM, shall be filled in this round of counseling. 2 seats under NRI quota and 5 seats under Hindu Minority Quota (HMQ)shall be filled as per the conditions contained In Information Brochure.
Merefilling up of preferences by candidates shall not conferm any right upon them to claim a seat which shall be subject to the conditions contained in the Information Brochure and the subsequent Modifications issued from time to time. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS EXCEPTED.
