Rejection of candidature for the post of Lecturer Political Science in School Education Department

Notice, Dated:01.04.2026

Whereas, the Commission vide notice dated 13.2.2026, besides others, issued deficiency notice in respect of Mr. Abid Farooq, Roll No: 6806627 with the advice to furnish the deficient documents in the office of Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission Jammu / Srinagar within the stipulated time given in the notice; and

Whereas, upon scrutiny of the documents submitted by the candidate, it has been observed that the above candidate has submitted two RBA certificates one has expired in the year 2023 and the second one has been issued on 15.01.2025 i.e., after the cutoff date;

Now, therefore the candidature of the above named candidate for the post of Lecturer Political Science in School Education Department is hereby rejected on the reasons given hereinabove. However, if the candidate feels aggrieved with the rejection of candidature, he may represent before the Appellate Authority of the Commission with evidence in support of her claim within 10 days from the date of issuance of this Notice.

No claim, whatsoever, shall be entertained after the stipulated period is over.
