whercas, the J&K pubric Scrvice commission vide Notification No.06-
PSC(DR-Pl of 201″8 dated 13.3.2018, item No. 228, invited on line apprication
forms from the permanent residents of jammu & and Kashmir ror oz poitslou or RBA 01] of Assistant profcssor (Structural Engincering) in^ the
tlligher Education Department.

Whereas, the cut of merit under various categories alongwith the namcs
of the eligible candidates was notified vide Notice dated 28.09.2021 with thc
stipulation that, if any candidate feers aggrieved with respect to the cut off merit
and his/her non-inclusion in the erigibirity rist, he /she may represent before the
Commission within 10 days from the date of issuance of the Notice; and

Whereas, in response, to the above Notice, the Commission has received
